Napolean pastry (with french icing)

For icing:
Mix 1 egg white with half cup sugar and stir in an electric mixer for 15 minutes or until the icing is stiff and  not runny!
Add 1 teaspoon cocoa powder to 1 tablespoon of water and stir until solved thoroughly. Add icing on top of the pastry and pour coca mixture in shape of  3 stripes over the icing. With a sharp knife, try to shape the above pattern on the icing.
