Home-made, healthy whole wheat bread

Whole wheat bread
Ingredients: 4 cups whole wheat unbleached flour, 1.5 cup warm water,1 tablespoon active yeast(powder),1/4 cup honey, 1/2 tbs salt
Add the active yeast to water and wait for 15 minutes until you see bubbles on top.
Mix all ingredients  together  using your hands and let the dough  rest for 2 hours.
Shape the dough like a baseball ! ( in shape of a deep rectangular oven pan) and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Your fresh bread is ready to eat! Let it cool and slice, spread some cheese on it and eat with hot brewed tea or coffee :)
