American brunch -Veggie Quiche

Vegetable quiche

ingredients: 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup of grape tomatoes, 1/2 cup zucchini, 1/4 cup artichoke , 2 tbs dried onions, 3 tbs flour, 1 cup cheese(shredded cheddar and Swiss)

  1. Bake the pie crust covered with foil for 8 minutes on 425 F.
  2. Remove from oven and uncover, Bake for 4 minutes on 375 F.
  3. Meanwhile, mix  eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Top the crust with cheese and onions. 
  5. The fun part: Assort sliced vegetables on the crust. Feel free to add any vegetable you like.
  6. Cover with extra cheese
  7. Bake for 40 minutes on 400 F.
  8. Serve with fresh fruit or juice.
