Cream Puffs- نان خامه ای

Cream Puffs
Butter, 3tbs, 1 cup water, 1/8 tbs salt,1 cup all purpose flour, 4 small eggs

  1. Heat butter and water on medium heat in a small pan for 5 minutes,
  2. Add sifted flour slightly and simmer till the batter forms shape,
  3. Let cool for 5 minutes,
  4. Add eggs one at a time and whisk with electric whisker,
  5. Preheat oven on 400F,
  6. On a cookie sheet,drop batter  using a pastry cone or  with  a spoon
  7. Bake for 20 minutes till golden.for cream go to this link:

Fill the puffs with cream filling using a cone from bottom . You can drizzle heated chocolate on top or  serve with any berries you are craving for!
