Tillapia Fillet and Pasta
Marinade:
·      4 tilapia fillets
·      Juice of 1 fresh lime
·      1½ Tbs honey
·      Salt ,pepper and garlic powder to taste

For Cooking:
·      ½cup flour
·      ¼ teaspoon salt
·      ¼ teaspoon pepper
·      4 Tablespoon olive oil

1. Marinade fillets in the sauce and put in the fridge for 1 hour. You can use a plastic zip lock bag or a plastic container.

2. Heat a medium pan greased with olive oil. When heated completely, add flour to the fillets and throw them in the pan. Fry both sides until crispy on medium heat. (Tip: make sure the oil is hot enough by pouring a pinch of marinade in the pan)

Pasta:
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with 1 tbs of olive oil and salt

White Sauce:
Flour 1.5 tbs
Milk 1/4 cup
Butter 1.5 tbs
Salt
  Pepper (white pepper preferred)
  Oregano
  Cheese 2tbs parmesan or mozzarella (if you like it creamy)

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and stir until the butter and flour are well combined. I suggest stir until you see the color of flour is changing (before browning) which removes the bad smell. Pour in milk, stirring constantly as it thickens. Bring it to boil. Add more milk depending on desired consistency. Add cheese and spices to taste. Ready to serve! (It thickens as it cools, so pour it immediately on spaghetti).

 Topping: Dried Dills
Serve with white wine!
