Veggie Omelet

Ingredients: egg, spinach, red bell pepper, onion, smoked salmon, mushroom, butter
1. Heat pan and put half of butter stick on it till it melts,
2. Chop the vegetable finely and Saute in melted butter for 2 minutes on medium heat,
3. Scramble eggs and pour them on top of the vegetables.
4. Fry for 1-2 minutes on both sides depending on how you like your eggs.
5. Flip 1 side on the other and serve.
